Munchkin's has themed Storytimes every week. Come to our super Storytimes led by Miss Sylvia and Miss Maryanne. You'll hear stories, do finger plays, sing songs, and make a craft. Storytimes last about 30 min. Sometimes we have special guests such as authors, illustrators, community helpers, or a sports celebrity. We have added a Musical Storytime with Katie Cross, from the Center for Young Musicians once a month. Check the calendar for our weekly Storytime themes.

Storytime Club membership entitles you to:

• 12 themed storytimes

• In addition, all your book purchases qualify for the MBA Program (Munchkin’s Bookshelf Awards Program).

The cost of the Storytime Club is only $25.00. Memberships may be shared by children within a family or with friends. We won’t punch the card for children under the age of 2 who are with an older sibling. We also will not punch the card for an event that is open to the general public at a storytime. If you would prefer not to purchase a Storytime Club Membership and would like to “drop-in” to a Storytime, the fee is $5.00.

This Storytime especially for babies 6-18 months. Lead by Miss Gloria, Baby Munchkin Storytimes will be very interactive with tips for reading to the very young, stories, songs and finger plays. There is no charge, but in order to help us plan for a great experience, call or stop by to let us know you will attend.
